Event Description:
Join us for an all-day event that is sure be one of the most exciting learning opportunities of the year. Amid an incomparable setting with breathtaking views of the Livermore Wine Country, we will gather with fellow members, guests and industry experts to discuss the latest trends and issues in the equity compensation field. There will be plenty of opportunities to network and learn from your peers in this informal, relaxed setting. This year, we are making our effort to go green. Cancellation Policy:
To cancel your registration, send an email to sfnasppregistration@yahoo.com no later than August 11, 2009. If you do not cancel your registration by the deadline, you will be charged a “no show” penalty equal to your registration fee.
CEP Continuing Education Credits:
Certified Equity Professionals (CEPs) may earn 5 hours credit toward continuing education (CE) by attending this meeting. For more information about the CEP continuing education requirements, please refer to the CEP website.
Directions:
The sessions will take place at Wente Vineyard’s Event Center located in the beautiful Livermore Valley Wine Country at 5050 Arroyo Road in Livermore. Check out the Wente Vineyard website for more details: http://www.wentevineyards.com/directions_cbo.asp
· From the North: If you are traveling from the Walnut Creek, Alamo, Danville and San Ramon areas, please take Highway 680 South to 580 East heading toward Stockton. You will exit at Portola Avenue. Once getting off the freeway onto Portola Avenue, turn right at the third stoplight onto North L Street. Proceed down North L Street, which changes to Arroyo Road, approximately 5 miles to our main gate.
· From the South: When traveling from the San Jose, Palo Alto, and Fremont areas, please take Highway 680 North. Immediately after the Calaveras Road - Sunol West 84 exit, take the Livermore 84 East exit off the freeway. Proceed along Highway 84 East approximately 7.4 miles to the fifth stoplight, which is the intersection of Holmes Street and Concannon Boulevard. Turn right onto Concannon Boulevard and proceed to the first stoplight, which is Arroyo Road. Turn right onto Arroyo Road and proceed approximately 2.5 miles to our main gate.
· From the East: If you are arriving from the Stockton, Modesto and Tracy areas, take Highway 580 West towards San Francisco. Take the North Livermore Avenue - Central Livermore exit and turn left at the stoplight onto North Livermore Avenue. Proceed to the fifth stoplight and turn right onto Portola Avenue. After turning onto Portola Avenue, make a left at the first stoplight onto North L Street. Proceed down North L Street, which changes to Arroyo Road, approximately 5 miles to our main gate.
· From the West: To reach Wente Vineyards from the San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley and Castro Valley areas, get on Highway 580 East heading towards Stockton. You will exit at Portola Avenue. Once getting off the freeway onto Portola Avenue, turn right at the fourth stoplight onto North L Street. Proceed down North L Street, which changes to Arroyo Road, approximately 5 miles to our main gate.
· BART and SF NASPP Shuttle. We will provide a shuttle service from 6:30 am – 9:30 am and 4:30 pm – 7:30 pm. Just look for the NASPP Shuttle Stop at the Dublin/Pleasanton BART station. To encourage you to take BART, a special raffle with be available for all those who can show their BART ticket. You will receive additional information upon registration.
Parking:
Complimentary parking is available in lots next to the Estate Winery and Tasting Room/Events Center.
